After 24 hours the payment is charged. From that point, no refunds can be obtained at the customer's initiative.

Legal Reference: Art. 59 lett. n) of the Consumer Code (Leisure services).

Event Cancelled by Organizer

If the organizer cancels: automatic 100% refund (authorization release or full refund). The customer loses nothing.

Event Postponed

If postponed: you receive an email with ACCEPT (new date) or REJECT (100% refund). You have 7 days to decide.
