The provision of services related to the booking and sale of tickets for events is managed directly by:
Pro Loco Ustica APSThe platform facilitates the viewing and purchase of digital tickets for events, workshops, and activities promoted in the territory of Ustica. Purchase contracts are considered finalized directly with Pro Loco Ustica APS.
All prices are expressed in Euro and inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Payments are processed securely via the third-party provider Stripe. Upon payment, the user will receive the digital ticket via email.
Pro Loco Ustica APS is responsible for the organization and correct execution of the events described. Techno IN di Antonio bruno Tanas, as a technology provider, is not responsible for any variations in the program or cancellations of the events themselves.
Pursuant to Art. 59, lett. n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of leisure services if the contract provides for a specific date or period of execution (event tickets).
